The BR4200A is a high output extended range shockless static neutralizing bar designed to address troublesome and costly static problems. The 4200A bars are great in especially tough applications like high-speed webs (converting), bag making or RFID label printing and bottling lines that require extended range ionization. The rugged construction of the BR4200A consists of twin BR2100 static bars in a parallel configuration that come standard with a 72 inch long high voltage cable inside protective flexible tubing with the connector kit installed. Shielded and custom cable lengths are available upon request.

The BR6100 is available in 2 styles ( 6100T – Thunderon Synthetic Bristles) and (6100C – Carbon Bristles). The BR6100 is a non-powered static reduction device used primarily on webs of paper or plastic. It becomes more efficient as the electrostatic charge on the material increases. Constructed using very fine conductive synthetic filaments secured in a reinforced aluminum housing, the BR6100 is both easy to install and inexpensive to buy and operate.
